Cosmopolitan Martini

1 1/2 ounces Vodka
1 teaspoon Dry Vermouth
1/2 ounce Cranberry Juice
1 whole Lime Twist
Stir over ice cubes in a mixing glass. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a twist of lime.

Dirty Martini

2 1/2 ounces Gin
3/4 ounce Dry Vermouth
1/2 tablespoon Olive Brine
Put all ingredients in a shaker with one cup of cracked ice and shake about 20 seconds and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with three olives.

Singapore Sling

1 1/2 ounces Gin
1 ounce Sweet & Sour Mix
1/2 ounce Cherry Brandy
1 dash Grenadine
4 ounces Club Soda
Combine gin, sweet and sour mix, cherry brandy and grenadine in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Fill remainder of glass with soda water. May substitute sweet and sour mix with lemon juice and simple syrup. If you do substitute, use lemon-lime soda instead of soda water.

Mai-Tai

2 ounces White Rum
2 ounces Dark Rum
1/2 ounce Amaretto
1 ounce Triple Sec
1 ounce Orange Juice
1 ounce Pineapple Juice
Shake together in a cocktail shaker, then strain into a collins glass filled with ice.

Cuba Libre

2 ounces Rum (White)
3/4 ounce Lime Juice
5 ounces Cola
Put lime juice and a twist of lime into highball glass. Add rum and fill with cola.

Mint Julep

8 whole Mint Leaf
1 1/2 tablespoons Simple Syrup
1 1/2 ounces Bourbon
1/4 teaspoon Bitters
Muddle mint leaves and syrup in the bottom of a highball glass by crushing the leaves with a bar spoon. Fill the glass with crushed ice, and saturate with bourbon whiskey. Add bitters, stir briskly, and garnish with a mint sprig. The traditional julep substitutes sugar for syrup, but syrup allows the drink to be sweeter.

Tequila Sunrise

2 ounces Tequila
4 ounces Orange Juice
3/4 ounce Grenadine
Build in a highball glass and add ice cubes. Pour in grenadine slowly and allow to settle before drinking.

Bellini

3 ounces Champagne
1 ounce Peach Schnapps
1 dash Grenadine
Pour into a champagne glass.

Mimosa

3 ounces Orange Juice
3 ounces Champagne
Pour chilled orange juice into a collins glass over two ice cubes. Fill with chilled champagne, stir very gently, and serve.

Old Fashioned

2 ounces Blended Scotch Whisky
1 whole Sugar Cube
1 dash Bitters
1 teaspoon Water
Combine the sugar cube, Bitters, and 1 tsp. water in an old-fashioned glass. Muddle well, add blended Scotch whisky, and stir. Garnish with the twist of a lemon peel, slices of orange and a cherry. Serve with a swizzle stick.

Rob Roy

1 1/2 ounces Scotch
3/4 ounce Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Bitters
Stir ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve. Garnish with a cherry.

Tom Collins

2 ounces Gin
1 ounce Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Superfine Sugar
3 ounces Club Soda
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the Club Soda. Stir and garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.

Piña Colada

3 ounces Rum (White)
3 tablespoons Coconut Milk
3 tablespoons Pineapple (crushed)
Put all ingredients into an electric blender with 2 cups of crushed ice. Blend at a high speed for a short length of time. Strain into a magarita glass and garnish with a pineapple slice.

Mojito

2 ounces White Rum
1/2 ounce Lime Juice
1 teaspoon Sugar
6 whole Mint Leaf
2 ounces Club Soda
Put juice and sugar into a highball glass and stir until dissolved. Rub mint leaves on inside of the glass and discard. Fill with crushed ice and rum, stir. Top with soda water and garnish with a sprig of mint.

Flaming Dr. Pepper

6 ounces Beer
1 ounce Amaretto
1 dash 151 Proof Rum
Pour about 2/3 of a can of beer into a glass. Fill a shot glass almost full with Amaretto and use the back of a spoon to layer the Bacardi 151on top of the glass. Ignite and quickly drop the shot glass in the beer glass. Drink quickly.

Hot Toddy

1 1/2 ounces Whiskey
1 ounce Honey
1/3 ounce Lemon Juice
3 ounces Water (Hot)
If you have a microwave, the easiest way to make this drink is to warm the honey and lemon juice for about half a minute and then to add hot water and the whiskey. Otherwise, we recommend that you stir the honey and lemon juice into extremely warm water, allow it to cool slightly, and add the whiskey.

BFK

1/2oz Baileys
1/2oz Frangelico
1/2oz Kaluha
Coffee
Whip Cream

Simply pour ingredients in to a coffee mug, top off with hot coffee and whip cream.

New York Sour

1 and 1/2 ounces rye whiskey, 80 proof
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
3/4 ounce simple syrup
Splash of fresh orange juice
1/2 ounce dry red wine
Garnish: Half orange wheel and maraschino cherry

Pour the whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and orange juice into a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice, shake well, and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Float 1/4 inch layer of red wine on top, and garnish. Serve with a stirrer.

Margarita

3 ounces Tequila
1 ounce Triple Sec
2 ounces Lemon Juice
1 ounce Salt
Salt a margarita glass. Shake the ingredients with crushed ice, strain into the salt-rimmed glass, and serve. You may prefer to substitute the lemon juice with sweet and sour or sweetened lime juice.

Harvey Wallbanger

1 ounce Vodka
1/2 ounce Galliano
4 ounces Orange Juice
Pour vodka and orange juice into a collins glass over ice cubes and stir. Float Galliano on top and serve.

Moscow Mule

2 ounces Vodka
2 ounces Lime Juice
8 ounces Ginger Beer
Mix all ingredients in a copper mug with ice. Garnish with Lime Wedge.

Colorado Bulldog

1 ounce Vodka
1 ounce Kahlua
3 ounces Milk
1 splash Cola
In a shaker mix vodka, Kahlua, and milk. Pour into an old-fashioned glass and add a splash of cola.

Black Velvet

One bottle or can of Guinness stout
A Bottle of dry champagne

Half-fill the glass with the Guinness stout and then gently pour in the champagne, trying to create as little foam as possible. Serve without ice or garnish.

Lemon Drop

1 ounce Vodka (Citrus-flavored)
1 ounce Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Sugar
Shake with ice, then strain into a shot glass rimmed with sugar. Substitute sweet & sour mix for the lemon juice and sugar if fresh lemon juice is not available.

Vokda Gimlet

1 ounce Lime Juice
1 teaspoon Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 ounces Vodka
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Vokda Seven

2 ounces Vodka
1 tablespoon Lime
4 ounces Lemon Lime Soda (7-Up)
Stir in a highball glass and fill with soda. Garnish with a twist of lime.

Vodka Martini

3 ounces Vodka
1 ounce Dry Vermouth
Shake with cracked ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an olive.

Vodka & Tonic

2 ounces Vodka
4 ounces Tonic Water
Pour vodka into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with tonic water, stir, and serve.

Long Island Iced Tea

3/4 ounce Vodka
3/4 ounce Gin
3/4 ounce Rum (Light)
3/4 ounce Tequila (Gold)
2 ounces Sweet & Sour Mix
1 dash Cola
1 ounce Triple Sec
Combine the ingredients over ice in a highball glass. Add the cola for color. Garnish with a slice of lemon.

Screwdriver

1 1/2 ounces Vodka
5 ounces Orange Juice
Build in a highball glass and stir.

White Russian

2 ounces Vodka
1 ounce Coffee Liqueur
3 ounces Light Cream
Pour vodka and coffee liqueur over ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass. Fill with light cream and serve.

Kamikaze

1 ounce Vodka
1 ounce Triple Sec
1 ounce Lime Juice
Shake with ice, strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes, and serve.

Slow Gin Martini

2 ounces Sloe Gin
3/4 ounce Dry Vermouth
4 dashes Bitters
Shake with cracked ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Sloe Gin Cocktail

1 1/2 ounces Sloe Gin
3/4 ounce Dry Vermouth
3/4 ounce Sweet Vermouth
Mix with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Gin Manhattan

4 whole Mint Leaf
1/4 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Orange Juice
1 1/2 ounces Gin
Mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Gin & Tonic

2 ounces Gin
3 ounces Tonic Water
Pour the gin and the tonic water into a lowball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Gin & Sin

1 1/4 ounces Gin
3/4 ounce Orange Juice
3/4 ounce Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon Grenadine
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Dew Gin Fizz

2 ounces Gin
1/2 whole Lime
1 1/2 ounces Sports Drink (Gatorade Ice Orange)
1 splash Mountain Dew
Squeeze the lime juice out of the lime into a shaker with moderate ice. Add gin, the sports drinks, and shake. Add Mountain Dew and strain into a cocktail glass.

Pink Gin

3 dashes Bitters
2 ounces Gin
Pour the Bitters into a wine glass. Swirl the glass to coat the inside with the Bitters, shake out the excess. Pour the gin into the glass. Do not add ice.

Gin Thing

1 1/2 ounces Gin
1 tablespoon Lime
5 ounces Ginger Ale
Build in a highball glass and fill with Ginger Ale.

Gin Sour

2 ounces Gin
1 ounce Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon Superfine Sugar
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake well. Strain into a sour glass and garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

Gin Rickey

1 1/2 ounces Gin
1 tablespoon Lime
5 ounces Carbonated Water
Build in a highball glass and fill with carbonated water. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Gin Fizz

2 ounces Gin
1 teaspoon Powdered Sugar
1 tablespoon Lemon
5 ounces Club Soda
Shake gin, lemon, and powdered sugar and pour into a highball glass. Add club soda and briefly stir.

Gin Colada

1 1/2 ounces Gin
3 tablespoons Coconut Milk (unsweetened)
1 tablespoon Grenadine
Shake together ingredients and pour over ice into a highball glass. Garnish and serve.

Gin Cobbler

1 teaspoon Superfine Sugar
3 ounces Club Soda
2 ounces Gin
In an old-fashioned glass, dissolve the sugar in the Club Soda. Add crushed ice until the glass is almost full. Add the gin. Stir well. Garnish with a cherry, an orange slice and a lemon slice.

Gin Chiller

1 1/2 ounces Gin
5 ounces Ginger Ale
Pour gin into a highball glass two-thirds full of ice. Pour Ginger Ale to fill, and garnish with a lime wedge.

Gin Blossom

2 ounces Gin
2 ounces Pineapple Juice
2 ounces Cranberry Juice
Pour gin, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice into a collins glass half full of ice. Stir briefly and serve.

Gin Alexander

2 ounces Gin
2 ounces White Creme de Cacao
2 ounces Light Cream
Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass.

Fancy Gin

2 ounces Gin
1/4 teaspoon Triple Sec
1/4 teaspoon Powdered Sugar
1 dash Bitters
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the twist of a lemon peel and serve.

Gin Buck

1 1/2 ounces Gin
1 tablespoon Lemon
6 ounces Ginger Ale
Pour gin and juice of lemon into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Fill with Ginger Ale, stir, and serve.
